🪷 Hands-on care for the body, mind, and spirit.
Acupuncture is a gateway to healing—not just of symptoms, but of the patterns and imbalances that underlie them.
In my practice, I draw from the Taoist roots of Chinese medicine, which view the body as a dynamic expression of spirit. Whether you’re seeking relief from physical pain, emotional distress, or spiritual disconnection, this medicine meets you where you are—and moves with you toward balance.
✴️ What to Expect
Each session begins with a conversation. We’ll explore not just your symptoms, but how you’re sleeping, what you’re craving, what’s weighing on your mind, and where you feel stuck. Your pulse, tongue, and other diagnostic cues help shape the treatment plan.
From there, you’ll move to the table. Treatments are tailored to your needs and may include acupuncture, cupping, moxa, herbal formulas, sound therapy (Acutonics), and somatic techniques.
I also work with tools that engage the senses and energetic field. When appropriate, I may incorporate aromatherapy, smudging with sacred herbs and resins (such as sage, palo santo, copal, or frankincense), crystals, or other supportive elements. These are used with respect and intention—to clear, anchor, and enhance the work being done on both physical and subtle levels.
🌀 What It’s For
Clients come in for many reasons, including:
Orthopedic pain and injury recovery
Anxiety, depression, burnout, or insomnia
Hormonal and menstrual irregularities
Digestive issues and food sensitivities
Emotional patterning or energetic depletion
Support during grief, change, or spiritual transition
- Creative or performance optimization—including acupuncture for accessing flow states, sustaining focus, and maximizing athletic performance or recovery
I work with both acute and chronic conditions. Some clients come for a specific issue; others use this work as part of a regular rhythm for nervous system regulation, spiritual alignment, or peak performance.
🌿 The “Root & Branch” Approach
In classical Chinese medicine, we treat both the branch (the symptoms) and the root (the underlying cause). This means that while you may feel better after one session, deeper transformation often comes with consistency. You’re not just patching over a problem—you’re creating space for lasting change.
