Based in Los Angeles, Dr. Olivia McMullen Fields brings over a decade of experience across clinical, corporate, and educational settings to help individuals, teams, and organizations navigate complexity with clarity, coherence, and vitality.
Olivia holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College, a Master’s in Traditional Oriental Medicine (Summa Cum Laude) from Emperor’s College, and a dual bachelor’s degree in Medical Anthropology and Art History from the University of Southern California. Her academic and clinical training spans integrative healthcare systems, herbal pharmacology, somatic intelligence, and medical risk management—giving her a rare ability to synthesize insight from both science and tradition.
She has completed clinical rotations at the Disney Family Cancer Center and Venice Family Clinic, and studied under master herbalists and physicians in the U.S. and abroad. Olivia also draws on extensive training in mind-body modalities, including yoga, meditation, Reiki, and Acutonics® (sound healing through acupuncture points), which she integrates into care when appropriate.
In addition to her clinical practice, Olivia consults with healthcare companies and brokers on large-loss discovery, early intervention strategy, and wellness-integrated benefit design. She also facilitates embodied leadership programs for teams and executives navigating transition, transformation, or mission-critical growth.
Her work is grounded in the belief that real transformation happens across multiple levels—structural, personal, and systemic—and that true resilience emerges when we engage the full intelligence of a system: mental, physical, emotional, and energetic.
